Unihertz Return Policy

Unihertz accepts returns. No restocking fee is charged. Smartphones must be unused and in original, unopened packaging to be eligible for non-quality issue return. Once activated or used, devices are not eligible for refund. Orders not yet shipped may be eligible for cancellation and refund. Quality-related issues covered by warranty (12 months for smartphones, 1 month for accessories).
