Theigt Return Policy

Theigt accepts returns. Returns must be reviewed and approved. Final sale items include custom-made products, solid gold jewelry, engraved/personalized items, free gifts, promotional items, and pre-orders once processing begins. Custom grillz refunds depend on order stage; full refund before mold kit shipment, otherwise deductions apply (e.g., $35 mold kit fee, 15% setup fee). Requests submitted within 60 days of mold kit shipment.
