Snap Return Policy

Snap accepts returns. Cancelled At Least 3 Days Before Pick-Up: All fees and charges paid in advance are 100% refundable. No cancellation fees. Cancelled 1 - 3 Days Prior To Pick-Up: 50% of the fees and charges paid in advance is refundable. Cancellation fee for pay on pickup bookings is 50% of rental (including accessories and insurance). Cancelled On The Day Or No Show: Full booking amount is payable. No refunds for bookings paid in advance.
