Mywoof accepts returns within 60 days of purchase. A restocking fee may apply. We accept returns of all unopened and unused products within 60 days of receiving your order... Once we receive the items back to our facility and determine that they are in ‘unopened and unused’ condition, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the total refund amount. The only products that is exempt from this policy are the Pupsicle, Bite n Brush, Bullysafe, and Lickmat which all come with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee regardless of whether it has been used or not.
