kavu Return Policy

kavu accepts returns within 30 days.

kavu's standard return window is 30 days, so returns after that may not be accepted unless an exception applies. Customers are responsible to pay return shipping fees. Only items purchased directly from KAVU (at kavu.com or a phone order with KAVU staff) can be returned - even gifts! The item(s) must be returned within 30 days, in original/new/unused condition with tags attached to receive a refund. If you paid the optional $1.98 "Free & Easy Returns" Redo fee at checkout, your return label will be created at no additional charge. If you chose not to pay the optional $1.98 "Free & Easy Returns" Redo fee at checkout, Redo will create a return shipping label for your convenience with a fee. Shipping fees typically range between $6-$12. Shipping charges on original order are not refunded. We do not have an exchange program - you’ll return the original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. All Prodeal sales are final sales and are not eligible for returns.
