Jet2 will compensate its customers even if it takes 28 days and is not paid in a lump sum. Change flights may be charged a £35 (or local currency equivalent) admin fee every time you make a change. Cancellation charges: 70 days or more: Loss of deposit; 69-57 days: 30%; 56-43 days: 50%; 42- days: 70%; 21-14 days: 90%; 13-0 days: 100%.
