Greatbigcanvas Return Policy

Greatbigcanvas accepts returns within 30 days.

Greatbigcanvas's standard return window is 30 days, so returns after that may not be accepted unless an exception applies. Within 30 days of receiving your order, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will offer you an exchange or refund. We will never require you to mail your items back for returns or exchanges. Returns are always free! Exchanges are given in the form of store credit to your Great Big Canvas account. The amount of store credit will include the full cost of your items plus the cost of shipping. There are no restocking or return shipping fees to return the original item. Refunds are processed by refunding the amount paid for your items to your original payment method, excluding the cost of shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

No restocking fee is charged.
