goalzero's standard return window is 30 days, so returns after that may not be accepted unless an exception applies. This excludes the return shipping fees associated with returning Yeti Lithium Power Stations as noted below. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your gear you can initiate a return for a refund The products must be returned at your own expense.
