Ecko Return Policy

Ecko accepts returns within 30 days.

Ecko's standard return window is 30 days, so returns after that may not be accepted unless an exception applies. Start your return online: print the pre-paid shipping label, and bring your item to the carrier listed on the label. You will receive an email when your return is received, and your refund has been processed. You will receive a credit or refund of the same amount you paid, in the currency you paid, other than any shipping cost, when you purchased the eligible item from our Site. With Checkout+, we offer you the option to unlock free return shipping later for the eligible items in your order by paying a small returns fee at the time of purchase. If you choose to pay this fee during purchase, there is no additional charge for shipping your item(s) back to us. If you choose not to pay this fee during your purchase, you will be subject to a $16.00 USD handling fee. Please note that this service does not exempt your order from final sale or other store policies.
